Copyright & Content Takedown — viktir.com

All typing maps on viktir.com — including lyrics, transliterations, and timings — are uploaded by users, not by the Site operator. If you believe content here infringes your copyright (or is otherwise illegal), report it using this procedure and it will be handled expeditiously.

How to report

Email takedown@viktir.com with:

1. The work: identification of the copyrighted work you believe is infringed (e.g. song title, artist, and your relationship to it — rightsholder or authorized agent).
2. The content: the exact URL(s) of the allegedly infringing map(s) or other content on viktir.com.
3. Your details: your name and contact information (email is enough).
4. A statement, made in good faith, that the use of the material is not authorized by the rightsholder, its agent, or the law, and that the information in your notice is accurate.

You can also use the in-site Report button on any map (reason: "copyright") — for formal notices, email is preferred.

What happens next

• You will receive a confirmation of receipt.
• The notice is reviewed without undue delay; content that a valid notice identifies as infringing is removed or disabled expeditiously.
• You will be informed of the decision. The uploader will be informed of the removal and the reason, and may respond if they believe the removal was mistaken (e.g. they hold the rights); if their response shows the notice was unfounded, the content may be restored — the notifier is told when this happens.
• The lyrics of works removed after a valid notice are fingerprinted and re-uploads of the same work are blocked.

Repeat infringers

Accounts that repeatedly upload infringing content are terminated.

Misuse

Knowingly submitting false takedown notices, or repeatedly submitting manifestly unfounded ones, may result in your notices being deprioritized (DSA Art. 23) and can expose you to liability under applicable law.

Other illegal content

The same email and Report button can be used to flag any other content you believe is illegal (e.g. defamation, hate speech). Include the URL, why you believe it is unlawful, your contact details, and a good-faith statement.
